Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of EngraveSafe, provided by Clearstage Labs.
The service
EngraveSafe flags orders that look like they are missing personalization based on rules you set, can place fulfillment holds, and collects details from your customers through a form. It is a safety net: you remain responsible for reviewing your orders before production and shipping.
Billing
EngraveSafe is free. There is no charge, no trial and no card involved. If a paid plan is ever introduced it will be billed through Shopify and announced here first; nothing you are using today would start costing money without you choosing it.
Acceptable use
Only e-mail customers about their own orders. Don't use the form to collect sensitive data such as payment card numbers.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, remakes, refunds or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
